See what the approved posts actually did

The month you planned and got approved should come back as a month of results. Post and account metrics sync from each connected network, per client.

Analytics
  • Post-level reach and engagement, per network
  • Account-level follower growth over time
  • Synced nightly, or on demand before a client call

Per client, per network

Each workspace shows its own numbers — the posts it published and the accounts it connected. Metrics sync every night and can be refreshed on demand.

What is measured

LevelMetrics
Each postReach, impressions, likes, comments, shares, saves and video views — whichever the network reports
Each accountFollowers, reach, impressions and profile views, where the network provides them
The workspaceTotal reach, engagement rate, audience, and posts published per week over the last twelve weeks

Not every network reports every number, so a metric one network doesn’t provide is left out rather than shown as zero.

Engagement rate, defined

Engagement rate is likes, comments, shares and saves divided by reach, as a percentage — or by impressions where a network doesn’t report reach. It is worked out the same way for every network, so the figures can be compared side by side and the definition can be put in a client report without an asterisk.

Top posts

The posts that did best, by engagement, are listed with their previews — so the monthly report shows the actual posts that worked, not just the numbers. They are the same posts the client approved, which makes the planning conversation for next month concrete: more of this, less of that.

Honest before the first sync

Until a network has synced, the panel says so and shows you how to connect it. There are no made-up placeholder figures — a plausible fake reach number is exactly the kind that ends up in a client report.

Publishing cadence doesn’t depend on a network at all: it comes from your own published posts, so it is real from the first post that goes out.

Using it for the monthly report

  1. 01Refresh the metrics before the client call, rather than waiting for the nightly sync
  2. 02Start with the month’s goal, then the totals: reach, engagement rate, follower change
  3. 03Show the top posts with their previews, and say which pillar or format they came from
  4. 04Name one thing to do more of next month, and one to drop

Then carry that into the next plan — the monthly calendar guide covers how.

FAQ

Analytics, answered

How often do metrics update?

Every night automatically, and whenever you ask for a refresh.

How is engagement rate calculated?

Likes, comments, shares and saves divided by reach, as a percentage. Where a network does not report reach, impressions are used instead.

Do I need to connect accounts to see analytics?

Yes, for reach and engagement: they come from each network. Publishing cadence is shown from your own posts before any account is connected.
