For creators working with brands

Brand deals come with a brief, a deadline and someone who has to sign off. Send them the actual post — the reel cover, the caption, the tag — and get a clear yes before it goes live, not a correction after.

(01)Sound familiar?

The old way, crossed out.

  • Draft screenshots bouncing around in DMs
The brand reviews the real post
  • Brand feedback that lands after you’ve posted
Feedback pinned to the exact slide
  • No proof of what the brand actually approved
    A logged, timestamped yes

Every brand deal gets its own space

Give each brand partner a workspace with their deliverables on a calendar. Invite the person who signs off as an approver — it’s free, and they sign in with a link, no password.

They approve the real post

The brand sees each deliverable exactly as it will appear on your feed: the crop, the caption cut-off, the carousel order. They approve it, ask for changes with a note, or reject it — on the post, not in a thread.

  • Changes arrive attached to the exact post or slide
  • Every decision is logged with who made it and when
  • Set a deadline so late sign-off can’t hold up your schedule

A record that protects the deal

Sponsored content goes wrong in predictable ways: the brand remembers approving a different caption, the product name was wrong, the disclosure was missing. With every decision logged against the exact version that was approved, there is no argument about what was agreed — and if something changes after approval, the post goes back for a fresh yes rather than a quiet edit.

Collaborators on an Instagram post, a location, a first comment with the brand’s link — the extras a deal usually asks for are part of the post the brand reviews, so they are approved too.

Keep your notes to yourself

Internal notes — rates, reminders, “reshoot if they ask again” — sit in a tab the brand can never see.

How a deliverable goes from brief to live

  1. 01Add the deliverables to the brand’s calendar on the dates the brief asks for
  2. 02Upload the video or images and write the caption; the preview shows it as your followers will
  3. 03Send it for review with the deadline from the brief
  4. 04The brand approves or requests changes on the post itself
  5. 05Once approved, it publishes to your account at the agreed time
FAQ

Creators, answered

Is it free for creators?

The Free plan covers one brand workspace on Facebook and Instagram with unlimited approvers. Pro adds more brands and all six networks.

Does the brand need to create an account?

They accept an invite and sign in with a link sent to their email. There is no password, and approver seats are free.

Can I prove what a brand approved?

Yes. Every decision is recorded with who made it, when, and on which version of the post.
