Billing questions
Do I pay for my clients?
Never. Client approvers are free and unlimited on every plan. Seats count only your own team: owners, admins and editors.
What counts as a client workspace?
One brand you manage — with its own calendar, approvers, connected accounts and settings. Most agencies have one workspace per client.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. If you cancel, you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for; it does not renew after that.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on a plan. See the refund policy for the details.
Who handles payments and tax?
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are. Prices are in US dollars.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Nothing you already have is taken away. Limits only stop you adding more — a sixth workspace on Pro, for example — until you upgrade.
